
A native of New York, Erika graduated from the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1995, she relocated to Huntington Beach and opened Erika’s Catering Company in 2000.
With over 20 years of experience in the food industry Erika focuses on providing personalized service and a variety of healthy menus. She also actively participates in the Huntington Beach community.
